The Client and Market Development team is respsonsible for performing targeted campaign execution, wallet-sizing analysis based on feasibility and quantitative lead generation. The role in this team is expected to closely work with the Issuer Services CMD team on Client pitch-books, Marketing Material to target new business opportunities, Client Analytics, Lead Generation exercises covering all Institutional Cash & Securities Services (ICSS) businesses (i.e Investor services, Institutional Cash and Issuer Services)1. Sales Lead Generationa) Conduct research / analytics activities to identify potential deals / leads in Institutional Cash & Securities Services (ICSS)b) Generate trade ideas of the names under coverage to increase client flowc) Develop and run a News tracking and deal alerts mechanism2. Market Intelligence / Strategic Supporta) Market Trends and Drivers analysis focusing on top line (incl. secondary research)b) Product / Service Gap vs. Peersc) Research on focus clients on a regular basis to prepare insights and updates for ICSSd) Wallet Sizing, Fee Pool benchmarking analysise) Driving award Submissions for Asset and EMEA Finance3. Sales & Coverage Analyticsa) Sales pipeline review / analyticsb) Detailed Win Loss Deal analysis incorporating client feedbackc) Identify deal replication opportunitiesd) Identify X-Sell opportunitiese) Lead / Tail Client analysisf) Accelerator / Decelerator analysis4. Presentation preparation for prospects/bidsResponsible to work with the team in preparing a detailed response for pitching to the client in the presentation formatDesired Candidate Profile1. Strong analytical skills and ability to transform complex issues into efficient solutions2. Ability to multi-task and work under strict deadlines3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access). Excellent Powerpoint Skills is a must5. 10+ years of relevant experience
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
