Responsibilities will include Manage Predictive Analytics analysts as People Manager; assigning tasks to the team, coaching, training, reward & recognition and team engagement. End to end delivery of Predictive Analytics projects on time with quality. Using analytical skill sets and statistical tools, drive high value projects that lead to data oriented decision making and effective solutions for HR and Business. Through problem solving skills and DMAIC thought process, identify, analyze and resolve HR issues such as turnover, hiring and employee relations. Understanding business needs and problems through effective communication, define project scope and develop robust data collection plans. Partnering with Reporting team and Analytics team, validate data accuracy before and after the analysis. Proactively monitoring HR data to identify opportunities for predictive analytics algorithm across the globe. Develop control plan; Validate Value brought by Predictive Analytics projects & programs, monitor if the recommendations and solutions are effectively implemented to the business, and re-launch the projects or modify the programs based on the validation. Proactively monitoring HR data to identify opportunities for additional analysis. Recommend enhancements to HR reporting tools to do advanced analytics; work with HRIT on implementation. Broker conversations, provide advice and expert guidance (process, systems, solutions) related to analytics.Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree; Masters degree or relevant certification desired Data Science Data Mining Statistics Marketing Psychology Computer Science in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning Overall Experience should be 10 yrs and Minimum of 6 years work experience in Data Analytics, Statistics, Data Mining or Machine Learning. Human Resources, Six Sigma and Project Management experience is great plus.Additional Qualifications Demonstrated ability to translate data into meaningful information. Ability to visualize the data & solutions, as simple and easy to understand for the customers. Strong skills statistical and data mining tools in R, Python, SPSS or Minitab. Strong communications skills - oral and written. Able to effectively present to senior leaders. Demonstrated knowledge of HR and business objectives, processes and priorities. Needs to be a big thinker to understand implications of the complexity of providing HR predictive analytics to the broader organization. Strong Project Management background, able to validate project plans of others and drive analytical thinking to ensure optimal results. Knows how to develop effective business cases based on data analytics. Effective influencing skills especially in indirect leadership situations.
