Role & Key Responsibilities1. To Create & Implement Business Plan for meeting sales, Revenue and collection targets for "School Products " in allocated Territory 2. Focus on Collection - new as well existing customers in the identified territoryUnderstand customer requirement and position the right products as per the sales process (Product Mix) 3. To acquire new customer and upsell / cross sell to existing customers to achieve revenue and order intake targets4. Analyze market trends, tracking competition activities, Customer Interactions & feedback on Product5. Build relations / rapport with the existing customers in the territory 6. Account Management for Large and Premium accounts7. Organizing effective BTLs activities create funnel and provide product demos 8. To appoint, manage & drive / motivate and generate business through channel partners9. Reporting and MIS for Funnel management through automated system. Key Attributes 1. High energy/ Passionate .2. Exposure to local territory is a must..Ready to travel in the territory market 15-20 Days / month 3. Be market, customer and solution oriented with a Positive Mindset towards "School Business"4. Resourceful, dynamic, strategic thinker and independent with Strong Analytical Skills and Financial acumen. 5. Capable of developing and closing all kind of account independently with a Strong Process orientation and Relentless Drive to deliver on time.6. "Self discipline and drive" to achieve the business results 7. Well versed with Technology / IT Apps.."Hands-on" in Microsoft applications, Powerpoint usage, etc.Education QualificationMBA with Specialization in Sales & Marketing Past Experience/Skills Required (Mandatory)1. >=4 Years of experience in B2B Sales2. Hard Core Sales, and good field marketing experience in Education / BFSI / Telecom / or any other Direct selling Product & services to office automation / technology / telecom / education for B2B Business.3. Must be Sales Oriented & Flair for Selling4. Good Interpersonal Skills, an extrovert by Nature, Collaborative approach with Industry, external Partners and key internal functions 5. Good Communication skills; Aggressive & Self motivate and drive.6.Channel Management experience7. Own vehicle is must
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
