Job Details

* Ensure a very warm welcome to every customer, develop and execute the concierge program and execute implementation of a one call/visit resolution to any customer query* Aim and drive revenue achievement* Maintain, update, acquire, and analyze Customer Database.* Ensure High net worth customers are satisfied and retained into The Luxury Store.* Continuously follow up with HVHF customers and ensuring 20% contribution month on month* Bring in lapsed customers back to the brand and ensure they substantially contribute to the store's profit at large.* Retain new customers by following The Luxury Store processes.* Ensure database is captured, linked to bills and relevant MIS is generated within stipulated timelines.* Ensure other hygienic activities are followed efficiently.* Top 100 customer's database is maintained and categorized into Golden Spoon and Platinum Spoon customers as per management strategy.* Ensure Calls/letters/emails flow out is 100% on customers birthdays/anniversary/other HO driven gifting activity.* Follow ups with Head office on trouble shooting and other customer centric issues.* Contribute towards controlling the store's shrinkage cut off by highlighting gaps in crew performance towards stock.* Contribute towards ensuring the store's overall standards are met and improved, thereby performing well in Audit parameters.* Adhere to systems & procedures* Comply with policies ensuring highest degree of customer delight * Monitor services like alterations, gift wrapping, and deliveries.
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
