The Person The chosen person will be a strong pre-sales, organized and highly energetic self-starter with proven ability to work on proposals / RFPs, Client interactions, understand technical and non-technical client requirements product and overall client landscape, conductproduct demonstrations and solutioning to clients, business value propositions including hands-on pilot implementations at client sites etc.Technical Skills Some J2EE/.Net Experiance with skills in usage of SQL queries andstored procedures, Implement custom products at customer locations and do configuration of product based on the overall expectations as part of pilot implementation activities,understand the overall technical landscape of the application analysis and ability to comprehend the technical value propositions from the analysis results.Business Development Skills Should have inclination to business development and be comfortable in interacting with clients and making ad-hoc presentations, as needed.Other qualifications Bachelors / Masters Technical Degree from one of Indias premier technology institutesAround 9 to 12 years of work experience in leading software organizations with someexperience in product companies and also some experience as Pre-Sales lead/ Architect.Strong knowledge of the software application deployment activities and configurations.Experience in pre-sales / solutions offerings preferably through past experiences includingbut not limited to working on partner COTS products, creation of joint offerings, RFI/RFPscycle, deal defense and smart prospecting.Willingness and ability to travel locally in India.50% Travelling will be there to the client location.We are looking candidates who is more in to technical background J2ee/.Net..
