Develop sales/presales cycle planPrepare Presentation and demonstrate the same to clients to showcase company , products, services and solutions capabilitiesShould be willing to travelShould have hand on experience in domains like Education, Retail and e-Governance.Requirements gathering exercises with all level of users to define the TO-BE business processes and software solutionPrepare technical and commercial proposals to enterprise and Government customers.Preparation of FRS and SRS documents by conducting requirements gathering using various techniques.Prepare products documents using UML diagrams.Identify, evaluate, and recommend proof of concept opportunitiesShould work cordially, effectively to build relationship with prospective or existing customers.Draft and submit budget proposals, manage and evaluate project budgets, and recommend subsequent budget changes as needed with analysis for such changesNegotiate technical and commercial aspects with customers.Prepare and present product and Proof of Concepts (POC) demonstrations to internal and external clientsPrepare and provide input for technical / commercial sections of RFPs/ RFQsProvide answers to questions in a Request for Information (RFI) or a Request for Proposal (RFP)Support at external and internal customer facing events Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholdersDevelop and deliver product documents project status reports to client in line with established standards such as CMMI & ISOAdapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical problem-solving methods.Communicate with internal teams (Development/Testing/ Supports Team) on issues identified from client side and customer feedbackCommunicate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely resolution of technical issues that may arise during the pre-sales process.Should communicate effectively with management and provide necessary status updates.Create internal software requests and POC implementation plans and monitor the approval ProcessMonitor accurate and correct delivery of the software application till project sign off and should be able to obtain the sign off from customer.Compare product offering with competitive productsProvide required software application training to various levels of users in clientManages hand-over to the Services Functions (Post-Sales Support and Professional Services) for live project implementation
