Support the development of new business from existing clients and new opportunities from prospects as required.Provide technical solutions and proposals to new & existing customers and actively drive and manage the pre sales process with internal sales, account teams & external customers.Work closely with Operations team and clients, this role will focus on planning and managing the bid process as well as effectively driving and articulating proposition and solutions through client facing documentation and presentations, delivered to the highest standardGather and assess customer needs, both business and technical and provide differentiated digital marketing solutions based on customer contextProvide technical assistance and guidance during the presales process by identifying customers technical and business requirements, prior to designing a solution, consulting with technical teams about capabilities, and supporting business sales teams, account managers and partners on proposal activities.Architect an appropriate technical solution to meet the customers business requirements and account team strategyClaim and Prove the validity of a solution and its components; create proof of concept where required and interface with client and clearly articulate and defend the solution created.Deliver customer workshops as appropriate for further understanding of issues and buy-in to company s proposalInteract with internal marketing teams and projects to create compelling case studies from work already doneCreate position papers and articles to improve brandingBuild customer loyalty through continuous innovation, becoming a trusted advisorActively support the account team with solution advice, proposals, presentations, and other customer communications includingPOC, demo development. solution architecture, solution definition & Responses to Enquiries / EOI/ RFI/ RFQ/ RFP/ ITTIdentify information on competitors and proactively position company strengths.Maintain excellent communications with customer executive management and business executives globallyRepresent company as technical expert with customers; share knowledge in area of expertise and link to related technology areasFacilitate smooth transition from sales to implementation by orienting the appropriate teams to the solution designDesired Candidate ProfileSignificant knowledge and Experience in Pre Sales, Analytics, and a breadth of knowledge on technologies cutting across domains and working on large E2E solutions based proposalsAbility to articulate technology and solutions portfolio, positioning to both business and technical users.Ability to speak to the Sales Team / Customers and gather the requirement.Effort estimations using various tools and techniquesDemonstrate superior ability to articulate in English, both written and spokenExcellent analytical thought processes, and ability to build innovative commercial models.Ability to perform Market Research and build thought leadership / PoV on Latest SolutionsSignificant exposure to various technology stacks across domainsExperience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.Self-driven and with an ability to drive the proactive and reactive proposals E2EAbility to read communication styles of team members and clients who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines.Previous experience with solution sellingExcellent product demonstration and presentation skillsDemonstrated ability to produce clear, concise and technically accurate responses to proposals requests (functional and technical) in both written and verbal form.Desired Candidate Qualifications & ExperienceEngineer +MBA from a reputed Institute with 4 to 7 years of Experience in Pre Sales, Analytics, and a breadth of knowledge on technologies cutting across domains and working on large E2E solutions based proposalsKnowledge of Effort Estimations and Contracting and familiar with the various tools and techniques for estimation & contractingKnowledge of Digital marketing needs for Retail, Healthcare, Ecommerce, Customer Experience,CRM and Insurance domainsMust have 3+ years of hands on Software Development Experience with experience on Java / Dot Net / DB /PHPCapability to Pick up Technology & Platform skills as well, manage Technical Pre Sales, Solution Consulting and Sales.Should be ready to make a career in Marketing Cloud & CX Marketing Automation, DMP, Web Optimization. Analytics &CRM Areas.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
