? Management of end to end pre-sales activities and leading complex bids / proposals; Excellent understanding of enterprise sales process; Sales pipeline management; Consultative pre-sales/ bid management. ? SPOC for all pre-sales support/ bid & proposal management for the technical/ delivery team. ? Expertise in end to end bid management including responding to RFI / RFP / RFQ; Case studies preparation, creation proposal documents, preparing or managing Sales & Marketing collateral. ? Requirement analysis & solution designing, preparing technical solution, work flow and SRS etc ensuring strict adherence to the Clients RFP/ RFQ document. Preparing project plans & SOWs? Exposure and understanding of sales life cycle, SDLC and global delivery models. ? Driving entire RFx management cycle from RFP requirements, proposal planning & development, to proposal delivery stage taking ownership of the response ? Analyzing the customer requirements as relayed through requests for proposals (RFPs) and providing high-quality proposals on time by working in an organized manner with a cross-functional team of technical specialists, delivery, sales, practice and enabling functions. ? Collaborate with onsite sales, delivery team and solution strategists to develop proposals / presentations ? Responding to RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and SoWs ensuring 100% timeline adherence with zero re-work and new value additions ? Building business case studies and engaging on projects/strategic initiatives that build a value proposition for the client. Key Skills? Minimum 3 years of relevant experience is required. ? Candidate with International pre-sales background or e-learning domain. (International Experience in - US / UK Market) ? Good written and spoken communication skills ? Takes initiatives and is good at time management ? Good Computer skills and is internet savvy? Experience of working in IT/ ITES domains for pre-sales/ bid management support? Experience in e-learning domain will be a plus ? Demonstrable experience of working on large and/or complex bids with Business Development experience within a complex solution environment requiring interaction with senior management / the executive board ? Bachelor's or Masters degree in the relevant field ? Any additional exposure to proposal writing skill will be an added advantage.
