Our client is now recruiting for Price exception Price Concession and Office Administrator. You will be reporting directly to the Regional Sales DirectorPOSITION PURPOSEProvides PEPC support, as required, to designated territory sales team, assisting with both routine activities and ad-hoc requests as required. This role also covers office Administration.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESSupport assigned sales teams in everyday administration of PC and PE process, including but not limited to the responsibilities belowLiaise with and take guidance from the AMCAM when creating a new price agreementEnsure that issues such as pricing, discounts, fulfilment paths, and the options of customer project registrationdeal registration are coveredEnsure that an SFDC Opportunity is created if one does not already exist, taking guidancetechnical validation from the appropriate Sales Engineer with regard to the material SKUs included in the price agreementWhere PEs are additions to the Global Multinational Account agreements or where renewalsmodifications are required, amend areas such as Partners, pricing, products and quantitiesEscalate urgent price agreements as required. Monitor the backlog of submitted price agreements through the approval flowSupport the Customer Project Registration Process. Monitor through the management approval pathSupport the Deal Registration Process with Channel Enablement, AM's, CAM's and PartnersSupport the Account Managers in the procurement of Try and Buy (EVM Customer Sale or Return) or Demo Depot (Account Manager Show and Tell)Provide the AMCAM with PDF copies of approved price agreementsCo-ordinate with CAM's, AM's and EMEA Partner Interaction Centre around Partner Product Entitlements in PartnerConnect, including Partner Product Segment and Partner Product certificationCo-ordinate with Order Processing and Account Managers with regard to creation and modification of price agreements to meet incoming Purchase OrdersProvide administration coverage for other departments as necessary including periods of absence, working with colleagues to agree appropriate coverage as a means to maintain suitable administrative support across the business and other activities as requiredEnsure the office is appropriately managed during normal office hoursAdministration of the telephone system and call managementCourier related duties (sending and receiving shipments which comes to office, settle payment of custom duties if require)Support all co- workers with any reasonable requests e.g. Letters requests with JAFZA and well as Internal Letters, requests related to mobile provide, printing of business cards etc.Filling of company documentationAdministration of the telephone system and call management.JAFZA related duties (Office lease renewal, License renewal, submitting renewed insurances)Able to help if any requests may arise related to visa renewals etc.Creating PO's for suppliersDemo equipment pool management (creating loan forms for sales team and updating Demo file)Management of Petty Cash and Bank Statements. Updating the file daily and sending it to Lade Suleiman every end of the monthSettlement of Telecom BillLead administration and lead generationOffice visitors management (issuing gate pass)Team Events ( in case of any team event like QBR, Team dinners.. booking venues etc.)Maintaining stock of office supplies


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEMinimum 2 years' experience in an administrative roleExposure to working in a fast moving sales environmentStructured and logical in approach with strong attention to process and detailFlexible and collaborative approach and experience providing support to regional sales teamSelf-management of role - self-starter, motivated and organisedGood verbal and written communication skillseffective listening skills Responsive and adaptable to changing situations and able to work with demands from different functions Appreciation of urgency and able to work successfully to meet deadlines Able to work with all levels of the organisation and customers Willingness to undertake all tasks as reasonably requested in order to ensure high levels of service and delivery of administrative support Fluency in an additional language, as well as English and local language (Arabic), would be desirable though not essential
