Academic ExcellencePlanning of the curriculum before the beginning of academic session. Reviewing to ensure that the following areas are implemented- Academic deadlines are met- Curriculum is shared with the staff- Workplans are ready on time- Curriculum is being used correctly and effectively- Regular assessments are happening, teaching is happening at the required pace ensuring consistency with regard to assessment and recordingMentoring curriculum transaction and development in the class, monitoring the same with the help of AccordsHigh lighting the needs w.r.t. Curriculum to the AVP Operations, SELHolding subject meets with all HODs. Analyze results across the school in different subjects to understand gaps areas. All meetings to be minuted and minutes to be circulatedEnsuring form meetings happen as per scheduleGiving Feedback to teachers on academic progress of the studentsEnsuring that the report cards are completed as per plan and quality standardsReviewing workloads of staff members and ensuring proper time tablingEnsuring form meetings happen as per scheduleStaff DevelopmentIdentifying training needs of the staff in terms of areas of improvement and in terms of potential. Counselling as and when requiredEnsuring that the Student Council is mentored properly and its meetings happen regularlyPreparing and planning the process of admission and ensure the smooth delivery of the same.
