We are looking foran experienced R&D engineers/Lead,to develop a cutting edge Automotive SoC and System verification solutions being part of the SoCSolution R&D team in Cadence. The innovative Automotive verification solution is targeted to improve the verification productivity around AutomotiveSoC and Systems development. The candidates will be part of an agile, cross functional team that is responsible for the architecture, development, andcustomer deployment of this solution.The Position Requirements are Experience in design/verification of Vision Processing SoC or FPGA subsystem, ADAS SoC/Systems and functional safetyVerilog (or VHDL) skillsDSP Skills (one or more of the following)Experience with OpenCVshape detection, HOG implementation, filtering etcExposure to machine learning techniques (classifiers/SVMs)Experience in working with DSP processorsBasic understanding of image/video formatsExposure to sensors (IMU, e.g.)Protocols understanding (working experience with one or more of the following)Camera/Display interfaces (e.g. MIPI)Understanding of serial protocols (I2C, SPI)Exposure to interfaces like USB, CAN bus, Ethernet, PCIe, HDMI etc.Knowledge of system bus protocols (e.g. AMBA, ACE, OCP etc.)Verification skills SW/DSP debugUVM-e/SV env design/debugKnowledge and hands-on experience in use of simulation, hardware emulation system and/or a FPGA based prototyping systemHands-on proficiency in simulating and debugging SoC designs in multiple language and mixed abstraction environments, preferably with Cadence IES platforms, including RTL and software co-verificationKnowledge of SoC design and verification best practicesShould have built full chip verification environments, mush have participated in verification planning and closure process covering functional safety aspects.Ability to lead complex Automotive SoC projects a big plus Good communication skills and ability to work in a global team. Deliver results with minimal day-to-day guidanceBasic understanding/exposureAbility to understand integration & debug Verilog/VHDL simsHands-on proficiency in understanding and writing RTL designs using Verilog/VHDL, synthesis and optimization
Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering) | BCA (Computer Application)
