GENERAL DESCRIPTIONThe Agile Coach will use Agile Principles & Practices to enable the creation of sustained, measurable improvements in cycle time, quality, delivery of business value and employee engagement across Sabre India. The Agile Coach will accomplish this goal by partnering daily with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, development team as well as Program Managers, Senior Leaders.Some ways in which this person will accomplish this goal??PAN-SABRE PRODUCT LIFE CYCLE (PLC)Be an evangelist for the Pan-Sabre Product Lifecycle Initiative for all teams in Sabre IndiaDisseminate latest information and impacts related to the Sabre PLC to Sabre IndiaBe a bridge between Sabre India and the rest of Sabre in increasing awareness, adoption and continuous improvement of Sabre PLCHelp people understand how to integrate Agile Principles & Practices into the Sabre PLC and accomplish sustained, measurable business results for Sabre?AGILE TRAININGProvide site wide agile training courses and workshops like Agile Basics, Scrum Basics, Scrum Master Basics, Product Owner Basics, Kanban Basics, Agile Metrics & ROI, Agile Engineering PracticesHelp continuously develop and improve training courses and workshops as neededWork towards getting certified as a professional scrum trainer and offer industry standard scrum training offered through in Sabre ?AGILE TOOLS & ENGINEERING PRACTICESSupport the effective adoption of pan-Sabre tools like PPM, Rally, Jira & HP-ALM in a way that is compatible with Agile PrinciplesIncrease awareness and effective adoption of Agile Engineering Practices like ? Clean Coding, Test Driven Development (TDD), Acceptance Test Driven Development and Test Driven Requirements, Complexity analysis and reduction, Code refactoring, Pair Programming and Pair Testing?AGILE CULTUREMentor local Agile Coaches, Site Leaders, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Teams in continuously improving Agile maturity & effectivenessHelp identify systemic impediments impeding Agile / PLC effectiveness and coach communities to self-organize and remove them.Mentor team members in using Sabre PLC/Agile metrics as a way to continuously improve PLC/Agile maturity and effectiveness ?AGILE COMMUNITIESOrganizing and facilitating community coaching camps, coaching clinics, workshops, COE/COP events to satisfy unmet needs related to Agile & PLC adoptionIdentify & mentor local community leaders and nurture strong, self-sustaining communities of practice?Must have the courage to challenge powerful and influential colleagues to adapt their thinking and behavior in service of the greater good of Sabre?Must be resilient and should not give up in the face of adversity?Must have the ability to focus on creating sustainable measurable business outcomes for Sabre and not just on performing activities?Must have the ability to build strong alliances across different groups to build common ground and move the ball forward towards desired state?Must have a keen eye with proven experience of sustained improvements in Scrum teams?Must have great facilitation, communication and negotiation skills?Must have good presentation and training skills.?Must build a truly effective and collaborative team culture?Must be an active part of fostering Agile knowledge throughout the organizationESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE?AGILE?4 years of experience as a Scrum Master?5 years of experience as an Agile Coach?5 years using Agile practices to deliver software solutions.?Must have proven experience of leading at least one large program (over 5 Scrum teams) in the capacity of an Agile Coach?Must have proven experience of working with multiple teams with varying levels of agile maturity?Must be able to apply an Agile, evidence based approach to inspect and adapt the ROI of Agile in terms of business value?TECHNICAL?Must have web application development and delivery experience?Must have Object Oriented Applications development using any of the standard OOPS languages namely, C , Java, C# and similar languages?Must have experience with Test Driven Development and Acceptance Test Driven Development?15 years of relevant experience in IT industrySKILLS?Must be an effective listener with the ability to provide and receive feedback for continuous improvement?Must be flexible and open to different ways to solve problems
Degree: MCA/ PGDCA

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)
