Job / Role Name Process and Quality LeadSpecialty / Needs to Specialize in ITIL, Continuous improvement, process definition and implementation, problem solving-skills, data analytics, executive reporting, rootcausal analysisPrimary Location Gurgaon, IndiaJob / Role Description To help refine or define a process for new work streams or any issues emerging in existing process. Help with implementation of the processes and assist with the overall process compliance including internal communication, audits and trainingTechnical Skills required Knowledge of ITIL with experience of successful implementations. ITIL foundation Certification preferred.Knowledge /Exposure on any Continuous Improvement framework /Methodology (e.g. Six sigma, Lean, IDEAL, PDCA)Ability to identify waste in environment and help build efficiency in operations Should possess strong Project Management Skills to drive initiatives to successful closureKnowledge of Software Metrics and Measurements with working experience in data analysisAbility to define and measure metrics which will help manage day to day operations betterPossess expert knowledge and practical application of problem solving 8D, 6 HATs, PDCA and DMAIC tools and methodologiesIn-depth knowledge of SNOW capabilities and features is added advantageShould have an overall organizational perspective while driving initiativesImplementation experience of Audit process and proceduresExcellent in written and verbal communication are must. Experience in publishing newsletters or chronicle is preferredStrong logical and problem solving skillsSoft Skills required Attention to DetailMust have strong problem solving skills using analytics, logic and reasoning and be able to come up with out of box and flexible solutionsPromoting continuous improvement in environmentFlexibility to work in shifts and stretchMust have a passion for driving initiativesMust possess organizational proficiencies to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision. Should be able to deliver with changing prioritiesMust be a team player and have the ability to interact with multiple levels of personnel within the organizationMust be highly motivated, self-starting, and committed to achieve results and have a strong sense of ownership and follow through to resolutionFormal Education & CertificationBachelor's degree in any field10+ years of relevant IT experience related to application/production support in large scale environmentUnderstanding of ITIL framework is a mustGreen belt certified preferred Exposure on ServiceNow Incident/Problem/Change Management processes (Preferred)
