Responsibilities1. Design and maintain various training manuals and work books, with particular emphasis on keeping content up to date, through liaison with the supervisor.2. Compile and submit monthly report on training activities and needs on a timely and concise manner3. Assist in the delivery of formal induction and process for new hires training.4. Providing Effective Training Sessions for Agent & Middle level to improve the Productivity5. Coaching Team Members on Soft Skills & Process6. Organize and present activities that will reinforce the learning process.7. Develops individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources; providing coaching;conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources.8. Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making supportreadily available; integrating support with routine job functions.9. Trainer needs to test the new staffs. Periodic tests are necessary to know the performance oftrainee. It also assists in personal evaluation process.10. Based on the evaluation, trainers recommend improvements.Requirements1. Bachelors Degree.2. 2 years experience developing the above skills. Experience must include tele-marketing job.3. 1 year experience as Trainer in a domestic call center with a team of more than 20 trainees4. Fluency with general desktop productivity software.5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Strong people, interaction skills6. Clear diction and clarity in speech (nasal voice, lisps, stammer etc to be avoided).7. Extremely detail oriented and ability to organize.8. Problem-solving ability & creative - out of the box thinker.9. Should be familiar with effective objection handling10. Fluency with general desktop productivity software
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
