Job Details

You will be responsible to manage customer service (Response Management) on social media, monitor comments, complaints, suggestions and feedback on Jet Airways' social media channels and across the web. You will be required to assist in social media initiatives and campaigns, implement and manage Web 2.0 social Media products. Also to build strong relationships and develop partnership with affiliates/business partners.Educational QualificationThe applicant should be a graduate with minimum 2 years ofexperience.The candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and should have an affinity towards Social Media and Customer Service.The candidate should be well versed with Ms Office and this position requires the applicant to work in shifts.
