Job Description1.Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. 2.Identifying the new products in line with company strategy and basis Customer & Market Feedback.3.Complete Product Definition & preparation of business case and feasibility. 4.Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product. This involves printed promotional material, product training, and relevant clinical papers.5.Responsible for reviewing product data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies or competitors products.6.Act as point of first reference for all product related enquiries and work collaboratively with sales team to address any issues that may arise. 7.Close liaison with the field force to assess the response to and suitability of current promotional material and to ensure that the printed promotional material is being used optimally.8.Design market research projects to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions. Either conduct this research with in-house staff or manage an outside agency i.e. initial identification of suitable partner, definition of responsibilities, communication plan, divisions of responsibility, milestones, review reports, and recommend action plans from the research. 9.Assist with the development of the annual marketing plan and for controlling advertising, promotion and sales aids in accordance with the annual marketing plan.10.Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute. 11.Responsible for revamping existing packaging, develop new packaging for new product introduced.12.Correct Pricing of the product with respect to competition. & product positioning and outbound communication. 13.Keeping track of competitive activities & prepare product promotional schemes and plans.
