The role requires working closely with the Director & Head Banca Products, to provide timely support towards all general Insurance franchise deliverables. To monitor the Non Life Insurance business across various channels, segments and highlight / take corrective measures towards any deviation in the sourcing of Insurance business by all channels. The role requires managing ISP relationships in GI and timely business reviews with managementThe role requires understanding the customer segmentation and introduction of relevant GI products in tandem with the ISPs to improve the banks GI insurance penetration. To plan and execute campaigns along with proposition team to encourage channels to increase general Insurance business. To work closely with stake holders and introduce remote, tele and digital channels of distribution for the bank. To monitor the GI Insurance business closely and track MIS analysis, generate reports that can help in increasing & pushing all channels of SCB to deliver on non-life insurance targets Key Roles and Responsibilities Strategic. To Work closely with insurance providers on the Non Life business for product development and implementation To build new sales channels, and increase penetration of Non life To work closely with stakeholders to introduce remote, tele and digital channels of distribution for the bank Reporting of Daily, Weekly & Monthly business Mis. Analyzing the individual & channel productivity. To track & measure effectiveness of Marketing Campaigns To monitor and evaluate operations, programs, processes and / or practices for quality and effectiveness; makes recommendations for improvement Launch Non life product/ propositions in conjunction with the ISP to improve the GI penetration in SCB baseACQUISITION Create a formal and informal feedback system to analyse the product performance. Set business performance standards for acquisition, up-sell, retention and profitability. Initiate and manage Digital Marketing initiatives to penetrate effectively all non managed customer bases. Develop and co-ordinate marketing and distribution strategy. Plan and manage marketing and promotional initiatives for the acquisition of new business.BOTTOM LINE FOCUS Maximize business performance and achieve Best in Class profitability Manage costs including all product-related and channel-related costs. Co-Own and manage the marketing budgets along Banca Product Head for promotional spends (if any)OPERATIONS & COMPLIANCE Control and periodically check operational risks and workflow in conjunction with operations & Policy Process teams Ensure the implementation of appropriate systems and operational procedures to support channel sales, track MIS and profitability.PEOPLE MANAGEMENT Manage, motivate, product manager to deliver on Team Goal. Provide guidance and leadership towards strengthening performance and reinforcement of accountabilities of insurance resources Training and Development of frontline through regular programs, sessions and content Identify training and development needs for the team and help execute with HR Dept Work closely with Sales, Advisory and Channel teams build relationships and sphere of influence Qualifications and SkillsMinimum Graduation Required Demonstrated ability in planning and Sound Knowledge of Insurance Products and the Industry Networking ability to manage interdepartmental deliverables. Experience in creating good quality presentation decks, marketing and training material, MIS and analysis. Training content delivery to frontline Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes. Strong inter-personal skills and leadership ability, which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit. Successful track record of project / role management and implementation of solutions and innovative customer offerings.
