General Description- Full P&L accountability of Printing Business - Drive business transformation and change management to accelerate growth - Balance scorecard management on Sell-In, Sell-Thru, Sell-Out, aging and channel inventory management as market share KPI - Manage Supply Chain Management to ensure products availability, inventory management and forecast accuracy - Manage pricing waterfall to ensure price competitiveness aligning to market condition - Setting up processes to boast the efficiency of key initiatives to track and manage spent efficiency in areas such as program ROI, Promoters payroll, road show ROI, in-store investment - Work cross-functionally with all stake holders to ensure seamless execution of Print strategy - Recommending call for actions based on marketing and retail analysis to improve in-store SOW - Working closely with RHQ and HQ on product roadmap, pricing support, special pricing support for tenders - Close working collaboration with Sales and Marketing team to identify trade (customers / channels) sales and marketing priorities to optimize sales and marketing coverage - Inspire action through operational rigor, data-driven insights and identify scalable strategies to ensure product adoption as accord to business objectivesNecessary Skills / Attributes- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in IT or Technology - Experience working across time zones, business cultures and cross functional operation - Has demonstrated strong product marketing and management expertise in the printing sector is preferred and the ability to contribute at not just the strategy but operational and tactical levels - Excellent communication skills on written, verbal and presentation - An influencer at all levels, including cross-functional leaders from RHQ and HQ - Ability to set business priorities, trouble-shooting and problem solving, multitasking and work well independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace - Is a flexible cross-functional team player comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
