Conduct and use strategic market analysis to precipitate and improve strategic decisions about products.Responsible for launching and managing brands in any of the identified therapeutic segmentsNew product evaluation in the therapy areaIdentify and monitor customer requirements and satisfication. Probe for underlying themes and product implications from this data and market survey.Formulation and execution of marketing strategyCommunication strategy for the customers doctors, consumersLong range plan for the brandsCross-functional interaction with Finance, Supply chain and Marketing for achieving brand objectives.Strategic planning Establish key issues, elements of strategics, tactics, action plans, investment to impact the market share, market growth strategies and profits for key products.Product Development and PlanningDevelop and implement product plans to enable the delivery of brand value and ensure each product plan delivers the business objectives.Development of Promotional Inputs like Visual Aids, Literatures, Product Manuals.Medical writing which involves Blog writing for the products and developing web content.Marketing and Brand ManagementDevelop overall promotional and media activities to deliver brand objectives.Effective followup of initiatives.Training to field staff on periodical basis. This will involve not only Product Training but also Character Building and Motivation.Help marketing team in budget making/ allocation of resources.Call Doctors in specific areas based on Tour Plan approved by the Marketing Head.Desired Candidate Profile B.Pharm graduate with minimum 3 years of experience (At least 1 years of experience of PMT).Hands on experience of ORG/IMS, C-marc interpetation.Developing relationship with customers.Develope and manage product strategy and marketing plans for the brand.Analyzing competition and identifying customer needsExperience in Cardiac/Diabetes
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
