Job DescriptionThe incumbent will be responsible for Product Lifecylce Management of the all & new W Products for all customers & consumers needs. The scope will includes defining the overall go-to-market (GTM) plan and driving the execution of that plan. The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) will work across Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Service, Quality, Consumers & Finance functions and drive the execution of GTM plans of Products, Features & Quality Improvements. He will report directly to the Head of Product Marketing.Key activitiesTeaming up to refine product value proposition through active PLC management.Defining and executing a go-to-market (GTM) plan for several Product Systems.Leading a virtual team of both technical and marketing people to create field sales and marketing tools.Track the effectiveness of various sales and marketing tools to align new GTM planning with learnings from recent GTM tracking should include measurable metrics as well as soft feedback from working with field teams.Should have extremely good domain knowledge of light commercial Vehicle Business; Analytical skills for modeling market impact of product trade-off decisions (revenue, units, segmentation, rates) and Thorough knowledge of the market and the competition.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
