Product lifecycle managementProduct-based CampaignsCoordinate with Regional and Cluster-level Sales & Marketing teams to develop new and existing product campaignsAlign with cross-functional team (e.g. Product Supply, Sales, Pricing) to ensure smooth launch of product campaignsTake ownership to ensure implementation (e.g. Product Benefits Training for Sales, etc.) and monitoring of launch plans, including activities for Sales, Marketing, Product Supply, etc.Product Care and phase-outImplement Regional and Cluster-level product portfolio management capabilities to drive processes such as re-launch, re-positioning, phase-in/phase out, data management, etc. in consultation with RPM team.Product idea to realizationInstitute a systematic process to collect and evaluate product requirements and feedback from the marketSupport definition of product priorities based on Festo values, Festo positioning, and market needs with various stakeholders (Industry Segment and Cluster teams)As necessary, work with Global and Regional Product Management and/or Regional TECs to ensure an efficient and effective product development cycleTeam managementReport directly to Cluster Strategic Marketing and indirectly to Regional Product Management HeadsLead a Cluster Product Marketing (PMM) team to systematically optimize the global product portfolio for the cluster.Critical Stakeholder alignment activitiesEnsure adherence to global processes and policies; influence change if necessaryEstablish short and mid-term product plans to ensure effective resourcing and alignments with relevant segment stakeholders (Industry or Cluster Sales leaders)Ensure effective product knowledge distribution into the Clusters through defined processes and trainingsSupport cross-functional processes such as demand planning, technical/quality management, etc.Frequently discuss and exchange ideas with regional sales team, industry segment team and Solution Engineering Center.Frequent product training for Sales team and support on Customer training when necessaryFrequent communicate with Cluster General Manager, Head of FA ISM, PA Sales Manager, E-drive Sales Manager, Head of Solution Engineering Center, Head of Finance and Controlling, Head of Human ResourcesCommunicate with external vendors occasionally.The level of communication in general is mainly focused on information exchange and to influence others.Establish team with product expertise and manage relevant product lifecycle as well as ability to drive campaignsHire those job holders for the above mentioned functions.Requirements3 - 4 years experience in Business Strategy Management, Marketing and Project ManagementAdditional at least 3 years management experienceSolid experience in pricing and product marketing is an advantage.Extensive experience in SalesMBA is preffered
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
