Job Details

Assist the Product Marketing team in managing the Product publishing and Releasecommunication plan Manage monthly product publishing calendar Conduct Product, Market and Competitor Research on key product features and attributes. Provide reports and documentation on Research findings Coordinate with the Content team on providing product related documentation includingguides, videos, case studies and other content Serve as a liaison between product, Marketing and Sales team for product relatedfeedback and feature improvements/suggestions Facilitate Product Interface User Testing and Design feedback for the team Conduct Internal and External Product Surveys and Polls Create and Manage product usage and feature adoption metrics and analysis Create individual content like feature blogs, help articles, social media posts etc if and when required.Requirements MBA or Post Graduate with a science background with 2 to 3 years of work experience in a similar capacity. Engineering or Technical Background at graduation preferred A strong Research and Analysis based work ethic and bent of mind Strong Data Interpretation and Analysis skills, statistics knowledge would be a plus Strong Communication skills Understanding of Mobile Marketing and Media industry a plus Working Knowledge of Salesforce or any CRM will be a plus
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
