Someone who, when presented with a set of information, will ask why or so what until getting to actionable insights.Someone who understands the meaning of executive attention span and can deliver an impactful message within that constraint.A seasoned project manager with at least 7 years of Professional Services experience; 4 of those as a manager of projects and people.A team player who creates a culture that understands that our internal standards and expectations need to be higher than our customers You think, every day, about how you can improve the experience of your customersWhat You ll doCustomer Project WorkIn collaboration with multiple regions and functions, develop project opportunities with new and existing customers.Manage the estimation and creation of Statements of Work for your assigned customers.Work with customers to deploy, manage and audit the best practice use of our software Products.Provide architecture reviews, application discussions and prototype or full development as neededSuccessfully deliver customer projects assigned to your team.Serve as escalation point for your customers to ensure high quality deliverables, solutions and client management on projects.Develop and maintain deep customer relationshipsBill at least 50% of your time on customer engagements and work to grow the Talend relationship as part of those engagements.Team ManagementRecruit, train, and develop a team in order to create the highest quality consulting organization in the industry.Mentor team members and provide feedback to grow and improve skills.Manage consultants so that each achieves their billing target per month.Serve as a role model in project management, best practice sharing, proactive actions and creative problem solving activities.Mentor assigned employees and new hires to ensure adoption of methodology and delivery of quality of work, and to ensure that company objectives are met.Overall Talend ResponsibilitiesManage your function to quarterly revenue, retention, quality, and booking targets.Be a positive, dynamic role model that displays an impeccable work ethic, creative problem solving skills, a positive attitude, and a proactive approach.Participate in, and occasionally lead planning and management meetings, projects or events as requested.
Degree: M.Com. (Commerce) | M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science) | MA (Arts) | MBA/ PGDM | MCA/ PGDCA

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)
