The role includesBuilding a comprehensive Integrated Program Plan from multiple independent project plansPlanning program execution, scheduling, resourcing, and managing project risks, quality, communication, and budgetIdentifying connections and dependencies across all projectsNurturing a culture of high standards and high-quality, on-time, on-budget, and on-specs deliveryIdentifying all common resource utilization and creating processes to optimize use of common resources and enable more efficient planning and utilization of resourcesReconciling any conflicts between related tasks and dependencies and/or identifying processes by which program management can make decisions that will lead to adjustments to resources and schedules as requiredIdentifying any supporting processes and functions at a program level that also need to be incorporated and coordinated through an Integrated Program PlanDevelopment of clear processes and tools for the ongoing updating and monitoring of the Integrated Program PlanDevelopment of standards and assumptions to be used in planning across all projects with the programAny other related tasks that will contribute to enabling more effective execution and achievement of Program objectives through an Integrated PlanDetermining and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) success related to quality, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, target revenue, and profitabilitySetting up efficient processesPartnering with clients and managing client relationshipsLeading people with exampleDelivering revenue growth through repeat business and high client satisfactionPartnering with subcontractors and managing the relationshipsProactive reporting on status, health, and risks/concerns related to integrated programContinuous optimization of processesRequired Qualification and SkillsBachelor s or higher degree in Business or equivalent5+ years Program Management experience of leading multi-million dollar programs15+ years of overall experienceProgram Management Professional (PgMP) Certification would be an assetExperience in content or engineering industry would be an asset (not mandatory)Open-minded, forward-thinking and well-organizedAbility to recognize and resolve issues early and thoroughlyAbility to solve problems in highly complex integrated environmentsStrong customer service skillsStrong leadership skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsStrong presentation skillsStrong financial management skillsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsStrong follow-through skills, with the ability to drive processes and decisions to closureStrong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills
