RequirementsHave the ability to influence the direction of the program, be able to establish and rollout the vision of the program and be able to evangelize the cause of the programHave the knack to manage the program teams, reducing the friction between them by asking the right questions and offering solutionsSolid experience and track record of successful program/project delivery utilizing multiple project/ program management methodologies/ framework, tools and techniques. Strong familiarity with agile methodologiesAbility to define, develop and clearly articulate requirementsStrong communication skills, ability to clearly convey technical content to both engineering and business stakeholdersProven track record of results and execution in a tight schedule environmentAbility to thrive in a startup culture, high degree of flexibility in taking ownership of diverse set of tasks and deliverables to meet overall team goalsHighly motivated individual with a can-do attitude, willingness to take informed risks in order to achieve desired team goalsInfectious enthusiasm, a collaborative work ethic, strong technical skills, ability to break down complex problems into simpler actionable tasksAbility to manage deliverables through functional leads without micromanagingAbility to influence and drive results across functional, organizational, and geographic boundariesAbility to drive large organization-wide cross-functional programs with a high sense of ownership and independent decision-makingResponsibilitiesWork closely with the software development, Product, Operations, Marketing, Business development, Finance & Accounting teams to deliver successful business programsWork with all the stakeholders to assemble teams, define scope, identify success criteria, assign responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, develop and manage schedule, manage change, manage risk, manage communication and stakeholder management to ensure timely completion of programs by meeting program milestones and success criteriaIdentify and drive closure on issues and gaps as well as maintain focus on continuous improvementEnsure the scalability, performance, reliability, and manufacturability issues across the depth and breadth of the integrated architecture through the respective functional leadsManage stakeholder deliverables and expectations, including coordination of departmental or cross-functional/cross-organizational teams as well as communication within the organizationDemonstrate strong understanding of customers and customer environment
