Written and spoken English of a very high standardBanking experience desirableCommunications and status reporting to all appropriate project stakeholdersAttend Project status meetings; send out meeting minutesInternal and External Customer interface/liaisonTrack and follow-up on identified actions and issues/risksEnsure issues are resolved and actions closed; when necessary, facilitate issues resolution (ex identify Percentage of Completions - PO Cs for issue resolution; escalate to management as needed)Act as liaison among various individuals/groups involved in issue resolutionAssist with activity prioritization and, when business needs dictate, re-prioritizationUpdate and Maintain Project ScheduleTrack and document change requests; ensure change requests are processed and agreedEnsure project documentation is up-to-date; assist in updating documentation where necessaryPrepare, Review, revise and distribute project management documents like project plan, Registry standard documents etc.Assist Project Manager to develop, maintain and oversee a project planEscalate issues/delays in timely manner to the Registry Project ManagerServe as a backup PM for the assigned Project when neededConduct client meetings when requested by the PMCoordinate a team of 4 resources and ensure team targets are met
Degree: MCA/ PGDCA

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)

Experience: 7-12
