Coordinate between all technical leads for monthly one pager preparation.Coordinate project review meetings and maintain/ track meeting minutes.Prepare monthly MIS for project.Prepare Professional PresentationsCoordination with HR team for attendance updation.Timesheets editing and confirmations from HoDs.Preparing & circulating Timesheet Not Punched Observations Report.Coordinate for timesheet approvals with Customer representativesCommunication with internal team & Customer representatives for IT/ Admin/ HR issues and resolutionParticipate in organizing HR eventsKey Performance IndicatorsQuality First time rightProcess Compliance Proper & timely timesheet filling, office etiquetteOn time reporting, timely information gathering.CSITeam AcceptanceInitiative & OwnershipCritical Skill Sets (Technical)Must be able to work efficiently in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.The incumbent should possess excellent communication skills with good customer focus.Critical Skill Sets (Behavioral)Administrative skillsCommunication skill,Interpersonal SkillsTime management,Motivation.Ethics and CitizenshipProblem solving skillsBusiness Awareness
