The selected person will be responsible for delivering projects which sustains or improves the Quality of State of the post market Maternal Infant Care products designed or manufactured by GE Healthcare.Duties include (but are not limited to)1.Drives effective communication across businesses and functions.Owns Project Scoping, Planning and Execution.Owns the Cross-functional project execution leadership.Works with the Business Team and Program team to deliver quality output on timeDrives the VCP culture within the team and deliver multiple VCP projects for the products to reduce ICVOwns regulatory requirement projects (Ex RoHS, UDI, Country Registrations, Labeling requirements) and deliver results on time.Drives the design change process by leading the Engineering Change Control Board and effectively involving cross functional stakeholders.Works on business and safety FMIs across product portfolio to ensure effective deployment.Provide road map and drive flawless implementation of design changes with suppliers and manufacturing facilitiesSupport the team with customer, supplier, manufacturing, sales, service needs and satisfaction.Quality Specific GoalsAware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, QualityManagement Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this jobtype/positionComplete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlinesIdentify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action asrequiredEnsure compliance/closure of Regulatory and Quality requirements before committing Program DeliverablesLead continuous improvement activities by driving the implementation of process and productquality improvement initiativesQualifications/RequirementsBachelors Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.At least 5yrs of experience in project leadership and 10+ years of overall experience within a manufacturing, development or research environment.Demonstrated execution at meeting project goals while satisfying quality, performance, schedule, and budget CTQs.Demonstrated experience driving variable cost productivity (VCP) and Inventory Carrying Value (ICV) reduction to enable optimized product margins.Demonstrated engineering knowledge, program management, and business planning processes, having experience with the full product life-cycle.Familiarity with ISO, FDA and other regulatory standards.Desired CharacteristicsMasters Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)Demonstrated applied 6 Sigma competencyCreative problem solver and solution developer when presented with conflicting requirements, business demandsDemonstrated skills in proactively identifying, facilitating and driving closure of programsKnowledge of GE Healthcare engineering tools and processes (Agile PLM, EQPM, ePDM)Attention to detail and ability work with global cross-functional teams toward timely completion of a variety of assignmentsAbility to develop unique concepts/solutions for complex products and programs
Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)
