Our client is now recruiting for a Project Manager and Service Manager for Middle EastThe mission consist in being the project manager and service manager for the customers located in the region. The jobholder's role is twofold Being a Project Manager. His role is to plan, execute, and finalize projects on time, on cost and on quality. This includes coordinating resources and efforts of team members and third-party contractors in order to deliver projects according to the plan. The Project Manager is also the main point of contact of the customer during the project phase.Being a Service Manager. His role is to be the key point of contact of the customer during the operational phase in addition to the Customer Care and NOC who are handling the incidents. He oversees the service, provide service reports on performance and SLA, respond to customer request etc. ACTIVITIESThe main tasks of the Project Manager areDirect and manage projects from beginning to endDefine project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior managementDevelop full-scale project plans and associated communications documentsEffectively communicate project expectation to team members in a timely and clear fashionManage customer relationship during the projects and achieve customer satisfactionEstimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goalsDraft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessaryCoordinate all activities within the scope of the project and delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnelIdentify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project teamIdentify and manage project dependency and critical pathPlan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate toolsDevelop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentationsProactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plansMotivate and supervise project team members and contractors, influence them to take positive actions and accountability for their assigned workBuild, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the projectThe Project Manager is coordinating the following activitiesproject initiation,procurement and logistics,finalization of the design of the solution,integration and configuration of the solution,deployment on the field,hand over to operation department.The main tasks of the Service ManagerTowards companyEnsure the process of service provision is in line with defined services, SLA and OLAMonitor and direct the process of solving incidents and KPIs with the aim to minimize consequential penaltiesHandle customer escalationsBe responsible for preparation of inputs for customer meetings on provided services Actively handle customer requirements and forward requests related to commercial activities to the company sales representativeMonitor customer satisfaction and suggest changes to processes increasing satisfaction Be responsible for preparation of supporting documents related to SLA in preparation of bids and participation in tenders Towards allocated customersPrepare monthly report in line with contract, SLA and OLA and negotiate with customer until its approval Evaluate incidents, calculate and negotiate penalties Meet customers on regular basis (personally, via VTC or teleconference) to discuss current incidents, requirements and customer satisfaction.Act proactively in case of breach or expected breach of parameters agreed in SLA Proactively seek information from customers on possible requirements on changes in provided services and forward obtained information to sales representative


KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE EXPECTEDMaster of Science in Engineering (ideally Telecommunication)Certifications in Project Management is a plus (e.g. PMP or Prince2)Good knowledge of satellite, networkIP technologies, ITtelecommunication5+ years' experience in project managementStrong communication skills (written and oral)Leadership and ability to manage project teamsAbility to sustain the pressure Ability to work in transnational environment Fluent EnglishStrong analytical skills and decisivenessHigh customer orientationFlexibility to perform also other tasks outside the scope of hisher main roleComply with agreements
