Understanding the scope of the project and closely working with the client/s to prepare project plan in its entiretyWill be responsible for operationalizing the Key account requirementsClosure of issues raised by Clients and first level escalationsPlan, review and prepare for eventsResource and volunteer/infra allocations as per planGetting the approval from the client after Venue identification and certificationsSelection of coordinators for the events based on requirementsTraining of coordinators on processes through mock drills and provide feedbackTimely MIS and report generation and presentationEnsure delivery through cost optimizationEnsure timely replacement of coordinatorsDevelop 2nd line executives to take more responsibilitiesDiscipline in office timings and financial transactionsTeam player to get the work done from support functions departmentsMaintaining the process Assets and offer timely referralsEnsuring the completion of reverse logisticsExperienceMore than 3 years of relevant experience with a proven history of executing events for clientProject scheduling experience (certification on Project management (CAPM) is desirable but not essential)Well versed with MS-word, excel and Power pointJob Role Long term and short term projects deliverables across India.Planning and coordinating for setting up Temporary operation centers across.Plan and forecast the infrastructure requirements.Manpower resource planningCoordinate in IT implementation along with bandwidth setup across temporary locationsDefine plan and ensure that the project is successfully delivered in line with Project Plan.Build operations strategy, aligned with the organization s long term goals.Design and implement and follow the operations Services and Processes.Ensure all the processes are recorded for subsequent verifications and fix accountability.Monitor overall performance of the operation.Manage the day to day operations in coordination with the team/activity raises.Define SLAs across teams and manage service levels and quality.Manage operations in multiple locations and multiple projects at the given time.Resolve disputes or disagreements.Create and analyze MIS, Budgeting and controlling costs
