Change Management Initiatives embedment & execution in Retail & Branch Banking Business & other Functional Units across the Bank.Primary PurposesEnd-to-End Project Management & Ownership of projects related to Bank Vision, Strategy, Performance Excellence, Service Excellence, Business Excellence, Operations Excellence, Cost Management, Operational Risks, IT, Channels and other related areas.Actively engage with Units Heads & Stakeholders to understand requirements, provide dynamic solutions and lead project execution. Use Structured methods & analytics to Deliver ResultsJOB DESCRIPTIONIdentify and execute end-to-end Improvement projects across the Bank with regular interaction stakeholders and deliver expected results.Provide superior solution development through detailed analysis, identification of alternate delivery mechanisms and recommendation of preferred Lean Six-Sigma approachesStrengthen Service Delivery methodologyEnsure benefit delivery as per financial and non-financial targets in individual and managed projects through effective implementation and change managementManage stakeholder relationships and propagate the use of the Performance Excellence Tools, Techniques, Methodologies, Frameworks & PracticesFormulation of Standard Operating Procedures and ongoing monitoring through Standard Measurement Systems & Controls to ensure Continuous ImprovementWork with Units to build Tracking Systems, Scorecards & Ops Controls for Service, Quality, Efficiency, Productivity, Cost, Customer Service & other metricsAny other activity related to Project Completion with expected solutions
Degree: M.Com. (Commerce) | M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science) | MA (Arts) | MBA/ PGDM | MCA/ PGDCA

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
