In the specific case of client requested change,Management of changes in BP2S FA operating model & operational systems.Management of external or internal client requestAnalyses / proposes solutions to FA operational needs.Coordination of users, developers, external contractors & support teams during projects.Key Responsibilities & Expected Result AreaClient and BP2S Luxembourg Fund Administration operational needs / requestsCoordinate with Client Relationship Manager / directly with clients to define needs.Collect and analyze operating model change requests.Review / complete project initiation documents to ensure the proper documentation of request.Luxembourgs Fund Administration operational work flow. Identify lacks and weaknesses.Define / insure an efficient operating model from A to ZDefine solutions to detected lacks and weaknesses.Potential solutions to change requests and impacts on current operating model.Consider adaptation of current process vs. development of new solutions when needed.Consider implementation of BP2S Group solutions when available.Changes with users, developers, external contractors and support teams.Ensure a clear and precise documentation of all projects steps as defined in BP2S ProjectManagement methodology.Ensure a regular follow up with all involved parts during the project life cycle.Projects with all involved parts.Ensure user guides / procedures have been prepared.Initialize trainings when needed.With collaborators.Share information / ideas on BCM teams subjects.Ask for personal trainings / other team members advices when needed.Priorities of operational needs and requests with Head of FA and N-1 head of FA. Coordination withFamoo Hub & ITOrganize priorities meetings.Suggest priorities based on global vision and technical background.Follow up the status of all clients requests during dedicated meetings.Organize PCM meetings.Communicate projects status to client.Depending on his/her experience, seniority and skills in bank activities, its jobs and/or functions and depending on his/her judgment capability, he/she will be responsible of one, various, or all the activities described in the definition.Knowledge and skills requiredGlobal knowledge of all BP2S FA related systems to allow an accurate analyse / definition of potentialsolutions to change requests.Handle common M*S Office files / programs.A deeper knowledge of Excel & Access is ideal.English / French, for documentation, meetings & calls
