Main responsibilities1.The role is an individual contributor role that manages the change release function2.Ensure that IT change processes minimize potential risk to production and are in compliance with IT process and general controls. 3.Measure/evaluate process performance and make recommendations for process improvement and/or to expand service levels.4.Develop/execute action plans to improve process performance and/or to expand service levels. 5. Coordinate activity across Skill teams6.Responsible for coordinating release schedules, managing change requests, documenting and announcing releases7.Ensuring agreed upon activities and management standards have been followed prior to, during and following implementation. 8.Responsible for supporting the definition/management of the Change and Release Management processes, including an ongoing service improvement program.9.Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities10.Assess the change impact & complete change management assessments 11.Create change management strategy12.Identify, analyze, prepare risk mitigation tactics 13.Identify and manage anticipated resistance14.Consult and coach Skill teams 15.Support and engage senior leaders for major changes & events16.Coach managers and supervisors17.Coordinate efforts with other specialists ;Integrate change management activities into project plan 18.Evaluate and ensure user readiness ;Manage stakeholders ;Track and report issues19.Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress 20.Support change management at the organizational level, Enterprise Change ManagementMissionIncident Problem Change Management - IPCMProfileRequired competencies 1.A solid understanding of how Infra goes through a change and the change process; business knowledge and stakeholders involved2.Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.3.Excellent active listening skills. 4.Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.5.Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships. 6.Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.7.Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations. 8.Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.9.Forward looking & forethinking with a holistic approach. 10.Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.11.Problem solving and root cause identification skills. 12.Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.13.Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others. 14.Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.15.Familiarity with change management approaches, tools and phases of the change lifecycle. 16.Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
