Overall corporate interiors project responsibility for client satisfaction, quality control, and financial performanceManage all phases of corporate interiors projects, including project set-up, design and construction administrationCreate and communicate clear and attainable project objectives and project requirementsManage project scheduling, budgets, and set-up with sub-contractors, vendors and consultantsManage a range of project team s, comprised of project architects, interior designers, job captains and graphic designersProvide support to the Project team and be responsible for developing and maintaining project cost / change controls, and project budget and accounting recordsOversee that the corporate interiors projects are constructed and documented in accordance with the contract, good practices and qualityManage & review whether the progress of the project is as per the scheduleTrack financial performance of projectPrepare project proposals, negotiate contracts and fees, coordinate bidding processCoordinate and monitor schedule updates, invoices and submittalsReport the status of project to the customer as well as the companyAttend client program meetings as neededA leader through example, words, and complianceOversee the quality assurance functionDesired Candidate ProfileProfessional degree in Architecture or Interior Design along with a successful track record of managing all phases of corporate interiors projects and leading multiple complex projects at the same time.8 to 12 years of Corporate Interiors Project Management experience in an Architecture or Interior Design FirmDemonstrated success as a project manager on a range of corporate interiors project typesExperience with the entire project lifecycle, through post-occupancyExperience leading, managing and mentoring multiple project teamsExperience negotiating project scope and feesKnowledge of building codes, standards and building structuresProven fiscal accountability and responsibility on projectsAbility to provide excellent client service and assure project profitabilityStrong programming and space planning skillsStrong leadership, organization, communication and relationship management skillsMust have the ability to maintain existing client relationships and build new client relationshipsComputer savvy with moderate or better skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Project), and AutoCAD. Revit, SketchUp and Photoshop skills are a benefitFor consideration, candidates must meet the qualifications and submit work samples.
