Managing these projects and ensuring that they reach a fruitful completion, has thus become a key to our success. Thus, this profile has become very critical to Procurement.The ideal candidate will have demonstrated strong program coordination and partnership management skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to work against tight deadlines and with multiple competing priorities.Responsibilities? Cost Management Identify and scope out projects which will help Britannia in Cost sustenance. This Position is responsible for ideation, discussion with Business Managers to understand critical levers and improvement opportunity in order to sustain cost competitiveness of the Company? Lead & Manage Projects ? This Position is expected to deliver on the projects identified above by ensuring execution, timeliness and cost benefits and will provide leadership and direction to all its project leads and helping them partner with business for delivery of the project.? Change Management process ? Many of the above projects leads to change in process or way we work. This Position is responsible for leading these change efforts through stakeholder management, alignment of relevant people and processes in the system, anticipation of potential risks and ensuring suitable action is taken to take care of the same. It would also be responsible for educating people on benefits of new process and systems .? Review rhythm ? This Position will create governance mechanism to ensure that Projects and delivery is on track and any unresolved issues are appropriately highlighted. He/She will lead the review and highlight any obstacles / support that team may require.Others Anchor the overall CEP initiatives of procurement functionCo-ordinate with all stake holders to drive the projects to its closureFollow robust project management practicesConstantly be look out for Cost savings oppurtunities within and outside procurement fucntionTake up CFT initiatives with the respective functional partners
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
