Job Details

Our client is a chain of restaurants/cafeterias in UAE. To meet business growth, they are looking for an experienced F&B Purchasing Officer

Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for sourcing and purchasing to meet operation needs
- Process purchase orders, monitor delivery and quality of goods, inventory control and cost management
- Develop new suppliers and maintain good relationship with supply chains
- Conduct quotation and material costing comparison
- Maintain awareness of potential sources, products and cost savings opportunities
- Monitor suppliers performance to ensure high standard of products
- Maintain and upkeep the purchase database and records
