The candidate must be an experienced professional who possess strong auditing skills, good knowledge of the private bank/wealth management and/or investment management businesses, financial instruments and products, and a strong understanding of internal control and support systems within a financial institution.The candidate is responsible for the following Assist in testing of risk based testing strategy which includes facilitating walkthroughs, test of design, development of test scripts for test of execution, collection of evidence, coordination of testing resources, testing, and status updates for reviews of various functions and processes within Asset Management involved in Financial Regulatory Reporting; Coordinate with Process/Control Owner on testing schedule, process changes evidence gathering, analysis of potential issues, and evaluation of confirmed deficiencies; Maintain accurate and complete documentation and follow-up on all items through completion; D eveloping recommendations to strengthen internal controls and improve operational efficiency; Track the status of action plans and their remediation by process owners; Develop/provide professional and accurate reporting to management for review; Assist with completing the risk assessment of the Financial Regulatory Reports; Assist with the implementation of the new internal certification program on CCAR CFO Attestation; Support special projects, as needed; andSt ay current with evolving industry and regulatory changes, analyzing their impact to business objectives, processes, and compliance.Experience & Skill Set 4-5 years experience in Auditing, Accounting, Internal Control and/or Finance; Strong background in and/or familiarity with the Financial Services Industry; BS in Accounting or Finance; CPA Preferred Working understanding of operational risks and related controls; Strong skills in time management, problem solving, written and oral communication; Works well individually and in teams, shares information, supports colleagues and encourages participation; Ability and desire to learn quickly, be flexible, and think strategically; Ability to multi task, complete projects on time, and be able to adapt to changing priorities; Enthusiastic, self motivated, effective under pressure; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; Ability to travel
