The ResponsibilitiesStrategic Progress Developing and delivering strategic goalsWork within the strategic architecture of the Collateral Management Platform Reviewing that architecture and making suggestions for improvements as requirements emerge.Drives or contributes to the technology strategy / roadmap Supplementary Experience (Good to have)Experience of working in geographically dispersed teamsWorked in Agile and Test Driven Development environmentsGood understanding of investment banking especially in the Collateral Management area. The Requirements Essential Experience (Must have)Excellent analytical and programming skills with minimum 9+ years of experienceExperience and sound knowledge of n-tier architectures, service oriented and distributed architecturesExperience of source control, defect management and build tools preferably with Subversion, mavenExperience and interest with Agile and Test Driven Development methodologiesStrong knowledge in C#.Net 4.0. Define and execute unit tests and construct software, perform integration and regression testing. Plan deployment and execute post deployment checks.Meet and improve technical engineering standards Be aware of and follow development best practices.
