Job Details

Objective The primary job role is to detect, prevent, investigate and contain frauds, to achieve minimum fraud losses.?Ownership on developing and sustaining robust systems and processes are in place for effective Fraud identification, monitoring, investigating.?Devise strategies to minimize fraud and improve quality of sourcing.?Conduct proactive audits and hygiene checks to maintain appropriate governance.?Maintain appropriate control over the acquired portfolio and minimize revenue leakages (external) with robust processes in place.?Take lead and initiatives on continuous improvement of end to end processes.?Strengthen processing activities by recommending process/policy changes where applicable.?Closely work with Risk Under writing, business and policy units and provide inputs in respect to research and analysis on industries/clients/markets. ?Impart trainings and drive effective containment in partnership with learning and development units.?Dissemination of key information and trends by way of a detailed Fraud Control MIS and reporting to senior management group and quorums?Monitoring & maintaining TAT & budget for the region?Provide inputs and guidance and lead end to end investigations.?Vendor Managementa.Develop and monitor fraud control vendorsb.Leverage vendor capabilities adequately and maximize their productivity through constant monitoring & training wherever required.c.Facilitate effective law enforcement liaison. Key Skills?Total experience of >=12 years and minimum 8 to 9 years of relevant experience preferably from banks.?Strong leadership and team management traits.?Detailed domain and process acumen on retail assets, SME and Agri loan products.?Well versed with geography and markets.?Networking with peers in competition.?Should exhibit, a flair for investigation and fraud containment process management.?Strong communication and co-ordination skills with a knowledge of LOS, FCR and MS office would be an added advantage
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
