Charterhouse is working with a leading global media business in Dubai. Due to an internal promotion, our client is now looking to hire an Administrator to join the team. This is an exciting and diverse role for a candidate with a motivated and can-do attitude. You will be responsible for the full reception area which will include answering a busy switchboard, booking meeting rooms and ensuring the lobby is kept presentable at all times. In addition, you will support HR, Finance and Marketing with any administration duties such as visa, flights and accommodations, processing invoices and assisting with event management. This is an excellent opportunity that offers exposure to different departments and platforms with a view to growing and developing your career in a department of choice. The successful candidate should be Western educated and have at least 2 years reception / administration experience. You should be well presented with a genuine passion for the media industry.
