Role specific skillsetsIncumbent will be responsible for the followingReceiving and taking care of the company guests, partners, and all visitors to SKP Office . Make necessary arrangements for them ( tea, coffee, snacks , Meals etc required )Attending to telephone, both incoming and outgoing calls & fax .Receiving and dispatch of couriers, parcel and other office material , maintaining the records for inwards and outwards of courier register etc . Help In Admin ActivitiesLike maintaining the records required for ISMS, co-ordination with SKP offices co-ordination with vendors etc .Handle petty cash for the day to day expensesHandling of office boysReservation , up keep of the academy and the Board Room and reception area .Maintaining and updating of extension, company contacts, address list etc.Coordination with VendorsTracking stationary and house keeping materials and organizing for reordering the same.Be the coordinator for any issue pertaining to infrastructure (Except IT) and organizing to sort out the same.Any other related activities as and when required.
