Provide job candidates by screening, interviewing, and testing applicants; handle recruitment tasks, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, calling candidates and scheduling interviewsManage the complete recruitment life-cycle, create Job Descriptions, identifying and using different channels ( job postings, portals, referrals ) for sourcing resumesPre-screening resumes, ( skill set, salary range, location, work authorization and profile suitability )Taking care of the on boarding process, preparation of offer letter and joining kit, form filling, employee code generation and induction, introducing new employees to the companyTaking care of exit process and ensuring employee clearance and full & final settlement in a timely mannerMaintain HR records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal timeDocuments human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and recordsDevelop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure effective, fair and consistent management of staff throughout the organization, and ensure that the employee handbook is comprehensive and up-to-dateOrganize staff events ( employee engagement activities, team building and other HR and Admin activities )Leave and attendance management maintain attendance record of staff, maintain employee database with personal records/documentation and job information, maintenance of personal files with supporting documentsSend out e-mails for effective communication across the organization, ensure all queries and employee grievances are resolved within committed timelinesAlso act as personal assistant to VP and help in general tasks provide both HR-specific and general administrative and secretarial supportCreate forms, templates and other HR-related documentsInvolvement in every level of administration through all of the main disciplines (recruitment, HR and employee relations)Handle basic administration, such as data entry, filing, answering the telephone and maintaining up to date employee information, scheduling meetings and appointments, setting conference callsTo develop and maintain administrative systems and procedures such as arranging meetings, collating and circulating papers, preparing statistical reports, entering data on IT systems and following up action points, making travel arrangementsMonitor and review the system of performance appraisal and continually develop as necessary, ensuring that annual appraisals are carried out in a timely manner and followed upPersonality traitsStrong administration skillsAbility to meet tight deadlines, perform multiple tasks and work well under pressureFamiliarity with business software such as Microsoft OfficeA high level of confidentialityExcellent interpersonal and customer-facing skillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalThe flexibility and willingness to learnTo enjoy working with peopleTact and diplomacyGood administrative skillsThe ability to work as part of a teamThe ability to work accurately, with attention to detail.
