Roles & Responsibility-Everything under IT Recruitment (End to end IT Recruitment)- Understand and review JD- Understand Technology- Source from different portals and sources.-Job Posting and manage the posts- Head hunting and a pro on Linkedin.- Cv Screening, CV shortlisting- Talk to Candidate, understand suitability, persuade and schedule interviews- Handle interviews Internally with Hiring Manager- Post offer followup till joining.- Work knowledge on using ATS (Zoho Recruit)- Best in Talking business, negotiations, a great orator. Desired Candidate qualities- Excellent Communication Skills- Smartness- Out of Box thinking or ideas- Must have excellent analytical, presentation & problem solving skills.- Tech Savy- Who is interested to create Recruitment plans and drive towards the goals set and achieve them.- Who implements and infuses his ideas into our organization's HR team.- Willing to work in a healthy, competitive and a fast growing environment.- Someone who is flexible to learn and work on marketing new technologies and IT company.- Young, energetic and flexible to work, learn and market in a Fast growing Startup.- A Self Starter & A Go Getter.Prior knowledge on BigData / NLP / Analytics / Machine Learning would be a BIG plus.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
