Ensure 100% client retention and account profitabilityIncrease revenues by means of Up-Selling and Cross-Selling through consultative approach, ensuring solution meet customers needsNegotiate client contract terms and manage to all contractual termsAct as conduit and trusted advisor, share best practice and industry updatesCoordinate all central communication across countries both BCD Travel and client s regional initiatives or interestsEnsure timely settlement of customer P&Ls where required and necessary as per contractual obligationDevelop and execute business plans, implement key deliverables and measure resultsDevelop, measure and report on Service Level Agreements and Key Performance indicatorsCreate and manage business improvement plansManage new business implementationsEstablish and maintain relationships with clients at a multi-national level, stakeholders within BCD Travel and Advito, (global) suppliers and industry relationsCreate and manage to budgets and financials (includes billing, payment & profitability)Support operational and regional reporting requirementsWere looking for you if your profile matches the followingMinimum 3 years of account management experience in corporate travel or related industryBachelor degreeFluent in Business EnglishExperience in implementing and managing large market/global clientsThorough knowledge of travel industry technology and corporate travel operationsStrong cultural awareness of Asia Pacific marketsKnowledge of contract managementStrong negotiation and analytical skillsAbility to cross-sell company services and products and sell preferred vendorsAbility to interact with all levels of clientele and influence decision makersExcellent oral and written communication skills, including public speaking and presentationsAbility to travel domestically and internationally on a regular basisProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
