Primary Responsibilities The manager will be responsible for the whole of the Regional digital dental business sales, channels, and operations. This leader will develop and own the strategy for achieving a strong local presence, share position and profitable growth platform in India. Managing day to day business operations. Ensuring performance metrics of revenue, margin and share are met. Maintaining accurate forecasts, enhancing customer and dealer relationships. Develop CSHs comprehensive multi-year strategic plan for establishing a very strong presence in Region - working closely with the CSH Indian and regional leadership. Establish Dental Systems as a leading brand in Region. Develop strong corporate relationships with key dental institutions, luminaries, associations and regulatory bodies. new go-to-market model for Dental in Region. Establish strong local presence in geographies with high digital growth. Create a well-structured channel network. Rapidly re-organize and expand digital channel networks, drive dealer performance for revenue growth, enhance sales & technical capability. Partner with the Medical Sales teams to exploit their strong relationships within hospitals sector. Pro-actively drive marketing, product launches and promotions programs. Execute launch of new technology / high-end solutions to accelerate our advance into the high-end digital terrain, eg next generation digital OPGs, Cone Beam CT, 3D imaging, software and services.Job Requirements The manager will have proven experience in developing and executing a strategy that positions a medical/dental business with a strong growth platform in India. This manager will have considerable business and channel management experience in the Indian/Regional medical or dental industry. This individual must have strong medical/dental digital & software background to supporting a rapidly growing, high margin equipment/software business. Preference for a person that has an established network within the Indian/Regional medical and dental industries and opinion leaders. The individual will be an excellent communicator and able to work across cultures, matrix organizations and geographically dispersed decision makers. Ability to work at all levels of internal and external organizations. Excellent Team player that works collaboratively with colleagues, management and all points of the organization. Demonstrated experience successfully working with and influencing cross-functional teams. Strong customer interaction skill and customer focus. Strong customer advocate. Balances the needs of the client with responsibilities to the company. Solid track record of working well with sales and sales management experience along with a demonstrated strong desire to win. Ability to conduct effective presentations to all levels of customers as well as internal stakeholders. Excellent computer skills, including use of spreadsheet, presentation, e-mail and word processing applications. Must be clearly able to self-motivate and self-direct on a daily basis and able to operate in a remote environment with little direct supervision Frequent travel within Region and India. Occasionally travel out of India for training, conferences and business meetings.
