To work in close co-ordination with Regional & Cluster Business Leaders of all four Business Functions, Central Office & officers of the Insurance Companies to deliver the business objectives month-on-month by getting the officers of each of the four Business Functions to cross-sell Insurance Products to their customers. Key Skills Must be enthusiastic about travelling to all branches in one's domain & meeting all colleagues / stake-holders at all levels. Must be self-motivated person who is able to maintain positive attitude to work within constraints and make the best of what is available Must be eagerly willing & able to repeatedly engage with various stakeholders to discuss & convince them of his points of view / ideas / suggestions etc to grow the Bancassurance Distribution business Must be willing to work by one-self on documents, excel-files, presentations, data-analysis etc without depending heavily on others around. Achievement of Total Business Targets in terms of Premium / Revenues / etc. Achieve Target on IRDA Certification levels among YBL Team Achieve Target on Team Activation levels among YBL Team Achieve Target On Other Business Metrics like Average Case Size, Product Mix, Business Seasonality, etc. Ensure instances of mis-selling / non-compliance / customer complaints / free-look cancellations etc. are minimised Provide stake-holders with pro-active, timely & high-quality support in business action planning, monitoring & implementation. Quality & Timeliness of monthly action plans & Execution
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
