1. Responsibilities of the position Ensure achievement of sales volumes, profit targets, maintain margins, and revenue, increased market share. Actively set out to achieve and exceed objectives for market penetration. Maximize sales of services. Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company s products with specific focus on Premium mix. Conduct BTL activities to increase visibility and increase footfalls in Lenovo Stores. Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans. Organizing special promotional events with retail partners. Ensure effective utilization of showroom and forecourt sales space Drive Partner engagement and concern resolution. Increased share of wallet in multi-brand outlets to achieve business objectives.2. Key Performance Indicators Sell Thru & sell out Gross Margin Consumer Retail Expansion Sales growth, Market penetration Predictability and linearity measuresPosition Requirements1. Education/ Qualification Must Have Bachelor s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or a related discipline Desired MBA2. Work experience- 5+ years of sales experience in Retail3. Key functional/technical competencies Understanding & appreciation of retail biz and difference from distribution biz. Ability to multi-task, research and analyze different broker, distribution and retail situations Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is consistent with company Must be willing to travel. Strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills Computer experience (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet)4.
