My client is a leading Telecommunications vendor in the Middle East. They are currently recruiting for a Regional Commercial Sales DirectorThe Regional Commercial Sales Director position is a regional role with primary focus on the ME market with the goal of addressing the market opportunity and developing the business for the company's ICT portfolio in the commercial Business across the Middle East.The position is instrumental in leading business planning, Account Hunting, Market Insight, account management, sales management, market expansion with ownership of the sales target of that segment.In addition, the role will be expected to deliver on improving field efficiency by consolidating and sharing best practices and coaching sales teams on most relevant customers and engagement models to successfully deliver company's targets in this area.Reporting line will be to the Regional Vice President ME Commercial and Channels.Expectations And TasksOwnership of ME Commercial business achievementsOwnership of correct identification, attachment, enablement, demand generation and sales activities for sales and partners at market unit level for Commercial segment.Deal support and deal clinic to achieve a successful closing together with the sales team and our partnersDrive sales pipe and sales targets achievement successfullyLiaise with the company's ME market unit heads, direct sales field, Regional team, and solution enablement colleaguesCreatively develop Programmatic approach to generate traction and business developmentDrive cadence and pipeline reviews


Work ExperienceStrong leadership, business acumen skills and demonstrated track record of achieving outcomes and exceeding targets through influence and across many countriesProven Hardware industry business development skills in senior roles and specifically, priorInternational experienceIndirect Sales experienceProven ability and track record of developing and managing Customers in a variety of structuresEducation And Qualification Skills And CompetenciesMBA or advanced degree preferredProven track record in delivering sales targets, program and enablement managementStrong knowledge and experience in ICT.Business Development experience in International contextStrong knowledge of company, its products and solutions, partners, markets and competition. Technical understanding requiredStrong knowledge of best business practices and financial theory and analysisDemonstrated ability to work in a matrix organizationInterpersonal Skills Negotiation Skills, CommunicationsPresentation Skills (verbal, written), Team PlayerInterpersonal Skills, Proactive Networking Attributes, Results and Execution Focus, High Drive, Self-Starter motivated, Regional Mobility
