JOB SUMMARYUnderwriting of MSE loans i.e. Term Loans, Working Capital Loans.Monitoring of Portfolio of the Region.Manage Credit TeamEnsuring Process and Policies are adhered to.Ensuring TAT is met for all activities related to credit.Suggest policy changes based on competition and customer needs.CO-ordinate with Distribution/Business, Operations, Audit etc.Ensuring timely hiring of manpower in the department.3. RIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESBusinessEnsure Credit policy and process adherence in the region.Co-ordinate with Legal & Technical Agencies.Guide/Monitor Credit Manager/Assistant Credit Manager, Credit Officers.Ensure timely training to branches and back end staff.Proactive policy revisions in line with changing market conditions.CustomerCarry out detailed business analysis and approve a loan/limit or enhancement of the same to the customers with the help of team.Ensuring success and growth of the product especially from Credit side by ensuring approval within TAT.Underwrite cases which come under RCM as per DOA.Internal ProcessMaintain portfolio quality as per company norms.Monitoring and tracking of Secured Loan cases.Hindsight check of loans disbursed.Develop and maintain various standard MIS for Secured Business Loan.Ensure various reports are being sent to stakeholders on monthly basis & at regular frequenciesAppropriate Intervention to manage ground level risk effectively.Ensure adherence to RBI regulations on documentation and KYC compliance.Random customer visitsPeriodic loan monitoring as per the frameworkProvide Audit Compliance.Timely hiring of manpower for the region as per the budgetIdentify existing good resources that can be useful for Secured Business Loans.Identify and fix gaps. Key positions to be closed on priority.Learning & PerformanceMaintain up to date knowledge of SBL product.Upgrade self and team about changes happening in the market.Networking with other NBFCs/Banks to have a deeper understanding of the Industry and its perspectivesNote Highlight only the critical baseline responsibilities; and not activities that the role holder might do on an ad-hoc/on-off case4.
