Responsibilities Establishes strategic alliances / tie-ups with financially strong and reliable Master Franchisees & other Channel Partners for ensuring a deeper market penetration and reach Monitoring the business sales generated by Master Franchisee and designing the right strategy to maximize sales Formulating monthly / annual business objectives, short / long term budgets and developing Business / Operational Plans for the achievement of these objectives Implementing policies & procedures to enable smooth functioning of the Master franchisee operations. Developing & implementing competitive strategies for generating concept sales, developing & expanding market share towards the achievement of revenue targets & profitability Identifying and networking with prospective clients from across business segments to generate business from the existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth. Monitoring competitor activities and devising effective counter measures Handling the planning & execution of marketing campaigns, programs & events Responsible for motivating, grooming the Team Members for higher performance levels and business output. To conduct demos of products, thereby helping the client to get educated about the features and benefits needed for his business Build strong client relationships at all times Managing large database of companies across industry and building new corporate clients Supports the Business Managers on Client Queries maintains a structured mechanism for Client Query Resolution Manages the business through use of automated IT platforms and provides MIS and Business performance to the Country Head on defined periodical frequencies Leverages IT for more efficient management of business Strict adherence to defined processes and tight control on costs to generate a healthy cash flow.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
